CLiKAPAD is the only two-way, credit card sized, 2.4GHz RF voting keypad - it has caused a revolution in the voting market by delivering performance in a small but practical size. CLiKAPAD - more than just keypads!
We offer more than just keypad solutions with Detectors, Sentries and Presenters delivering a complete events management solution.
We are a registered UK company established back in 1991, that makes us 20 years old and still going strong!
- Product Warranty - CLiKAPAD hardware benefits from a twelve month back to base parts and labour warranty.
- Software Warranty - ppvote software is not warranted to be bug or free, however in the first 30days we will provide hot-line support and thereafter you will be offered for purchase a 12month support contract which will entitles you to download any updates for that period, that may be released, generically via the ppvote website.
- Price List - available from the Download Area, all prices are subject to change without prior notification.
- Delivery Policy - Deliveries can be made using your courier or ours.
- Orders - are typically prepared, tested and dispatched the same day (orders in before 10 am GMT) or next day (if after 10 am GMT)
- Courier Service - usually despatched on an Express service which is typically next day in UK and most parts of Europe. North America typically 2 days, ROW typically 3 days from despatch. Premium services available.
- Order Tracking - once collection has been made you will be sent tracking details via email.
- Damage Policy - please notify us of any shortage or damage suffered during delivery within 24 hours of receipt.
- Return / Refund Policy - NEW condition items may be returned for a refund (minus delivery charge and 20% restocking fee) up to 14 days after despatch. Items found not to be in NEW condition will be refunded minus an additional refurbishment fee.
- Privacy Policy - For payments made via PayPal we will not store your payment details. We specifically use PayPal so that we do not need to store your payment details.
